Souveek Chakraborty

Director

Souveek brings over 36 years of multi-functional experience in varied roles across multiple industry verticals, with close to 12 years with enterprises and 24 plus years on the services consulting side. He has used this extensive rich exposure in identifying critical talent needs, integrating teams and assessing across multiple domains and geographies. He is currently the CEO at Nspiron India Advisors a distinctive People Consulting and Advisory firm. He is also presently engaged as a Board advisor with Innovative Water Technologies Pvt. Ltd and is now playing the role of a Chief Mentor and interim CEO.

So far, he has aided and helped hire more than 4000 leadership profiles across multiple functions and geographies over the last 25 years. This has provided an insightful advantage to minutely analyse, understand and evaluate diverse senior talent types and their success attributes.

Previously at Reliance Industries (India’s largest enterprise in the private sector) where he was the group Chief Talent Officer (Top 100 employee), he helped bolster and streamline the TA function for the conglomerate’s existing businesses and multiple new ventures and forays globally. He played the role of a change agent and evangelist in their business transformation endeavour along with British Petroleum, E&Y and Booze under the aegis of STAR.He has spent close to 7 years with global Executive Search firms like Odgers Berndtson, Transearch India and Pedersen & Partners as the India Partner, helping identify top leaders for the industry across Technology, Consumer, Manufacturing, Private Equity and Media & Entertainment. He had a stint with Syntel Inc.(now Atos) as the Global Resourcing Head in India, responsible for hiring across Americas, Europe and Asia in the Information Technology Consulting and Services space. He added a new dimension by joining Connect Capital, a Venture Capital set-up which was co-founded by Microsoft, Michaels Dell’s financial arm, Insight Capital Partners and i2 technologies. Subsequently became an entrepreneur where he created a business that got valued and offered in less than 7 years by a global firm.

His previous experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations with diverse companies like BPCL (erstwhile Shell) & the Office automation industry has helped hone his business focus. He is a certified behavioural interviewer, Hogan assessor, Harrison and a PAPI assessor. He is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and an Executive Coach with ICC and WABC, mentoring senior executives and advising entrepreneurs and boards. He is on a few Advisory boards and has been invited as a guest speaker with premier schools like IIT/IIM/overseas universities/ Management and Engineering institutions.

Bharat Gudi

Director

Bharat is an accomplished technocrat and entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He is extremely well networked and has been at the helm of engineering goods and services for over 3 decades in an around India and overseas. He is the Managing Director of Indo Vacuum Technologies Pvt Ltd and co -MD at CMC Commutator Pvt Ltd , both being run out of Belgaum- Karnataka .

He gave a shot-in-the-arm to Nixie Engineers Private Limited in 2008 , as an investor co-founder, which primarily focussed in the areas of Water Treatment, exporting containerised RO and ETP. Later, he with the team, conceived the idea of creating a decentralised STP product which was rechristened “FB-Tec”. This product was patented and empanelled by the Jal Shakti Ministry in 2020. Subsequently a JV was signed with the PRN group, with the entity now known as ‘ Innovative Water Technologies Pvt Ltd- IWTPL, in 2021. Bharat is the co-promoter and director at IWTPL.

Coming from a business family, Bharat Gudi promoted INDO VACUUM TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD in the year 2000 as a joint venture with WOOSUNG VACUUM CO LTD SOUTH KOREA and the products are supplied to HVAC, AC / Refrigeration, Cryogenics, Electrical, Electronics, Filtration, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Metallurgy, Nuclear, Defence and Aerospace and many other high technology applications.

Mr. Bharat Gudi is also the Joint Managing Director of CMC COMMUTATOR PVT LTD (BELGAUM) a leading manufacturer and exporter of commutators and sliprings for electrical industries and railway traction.

Bharat has widely travelled globally and the products manufactured by Group companies are exported worldwide and to leading reputed customers and OEM’s across India. Bharat is an expert networker and very well connected in the industry.

Karthik Nayak

Director

Karthik is a young second generation entrepreneur representing an established business house from North Karnataka. He has been involved personally for close to over a decade and has built traction across the Engineering Procurement & Construction, Automotive dealerships, Earthmoving and infrastructure equipment, Lubricants ,Manufacturing, Hospitality, Refineries and New age businesses. He is the Managing Director of the PRN group which has its headquarters in Hubli and a strong operational presence in Bengaluru. With a keen eye and focus on IP related business that can create a compelling value proposition, Karthik has ventured in the wastewater treatment space and is a Director and Board member at Innovative Water Technologies Private Limited. As part of a sustainability and ‘go-green’ focus he ,strongly resonates with the challenges the globe is facing with water. He feels that a patented, apex government empanelled, decentralised wastewater STP solutions company like IWTPL can contribute to that cause . He personally feels that smart fusion of technology, brick and mortar and sound business fundamentals will be the hallmark for any distinctive and scalable business venture. Karthik is a technocrat having an engineering degree with post graduate management qualifications from the UK. He is a keen aficionado on car racing and has personally supported a that sport in India.

Rushad Balaporia

Chief Business Officer

Rushad is a well-rounded professional having close to 25 plus years of corporate experience across multiple industries in India and other parts of the world . Having been exposed to entrepreneurship in his formative years, which runs in his blood, he has acquired the right blend of corporate exposure and leadership skills in India and globally. He has comprehensive experience in the Aviation, Hospitality, Retail , Real Estate, Healthcare, Facility Management, Business Consulting and Sustainability Sectors. Has worked with groups like Oberoi’s , Jet Airways, Emirates, Landmark Group, Demac and was last a CBO with a solid waste and facility management company in India. He also successfully setup a F&B buisness in India which he sold to a interested investor in 2022.

He has now joined the leadership team IWTPL as the Chief Business Officer and is spearheading the business growth and revenue generation across multiple sectors in India and potentially overseas.

Lalit Bajare

Chief Technology Officer

Lalit is a seasoned professional , with an expertise in the field of water and wastewater treatment for the last 25 years. He has worked globally covering Asia-Pac as well as India and is the Chief Technology Officer at Innovative Water Technologies Pvt Ltd -IWTPL

Chief Technology Officer

Having worked on large desalination plants , tertiary treatments and New Water in Singapore, Lalit decided to return to India. He developed a patented technology for decentralised waste-water treatment and recycle viz. “FBTec”. This is a modular STP, that is now owned and under the aegis of IWTPL. Previously he was involved in exporting containerized units and plants to Australia, Europe and the Gulf. He is well versed on DM Plants, RO systems, UF systems, Bio-reactors, MBRs & New water plants of tertiary treatments.He has also been exposed to Project management, Plant design and Detailed Engineering. He has previously worked with Ion Exchange, Hyflux in Singapore and Nixie Engineers. He is a B-Tech Chemical by vocation.

Lalit is a member of RWSN (Rural Water and Sanitation Network) Switzerland. His publication ”Decentralized wastewater treatment systems – need of the hour“ was selected at SIWW (Singapore International Water Week) and also at IDA conference in ROME – 2020. He loves Indian classical music and also hums an occasional tune and also speaks passionately about water in different engineering colleges and institutions.
